Effective: July 27, 2026
Forza Hot Lap is a local-first, single-user application. This policy explains, plainly, what data the app does and does not collect.
Nothing. Forza Hot Lap does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on any server. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
Every course, run, tune, and setting you create is stored exclusively on your own device, in a local database. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it yourself (via the app's built-in JSON export feature) and choose to share that file.
Forza Hot Lap offers optional tips to support development, processed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Forza Hot Lap never sees, collects, or stores any payment information — that is handled completely by Apple, under Apple's own privacy policy. Choosing to tip does not require an account, and does not unlock any feature the app doesn't already provide for free.
Forza Hot Lap does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection software development kits (SDKs).
Since Forza Hot Lap collects no data from anyone, it does not knowingly collect data from children either.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL and reflected in the app's About screen.
